Cancellation policy for individual reservations:
Individual reservations can be cancelled up to 45 days before arrival. After that time and in the event that the reservation is not cancelled, the hotel will proceed to charge the full price of the stay. If you do wish to cancel, for your security, please request a cancellation code for your reservation.
Terms of Payment
The hotel requires that all confirmed reservation be paid in full at least 10 days before the guest’s arrival.
Additional expenses will be charged during your stay.
Tax surcharges include 12% sales tax, 10% service charge, and a municipal fee subject to governmental regulations.
